Shortages, damages, or incorrect parts supplied must be notified to us in writing within 48 hours of receipt. Failure to notify us within 48 hours will be deemed as acceptance of a complete and correct order.
(3) Pricing
All prices are subject to 20% VAT.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you prefer not to wait.
(4) Parts Identification
Manufacturer part numbers and images are used for reference only.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to order the correct part. We deliver the item ordered and accept no responsibility for inaccurate advice or product identification provided by third parties.

Products are manufactured and supplied by various manufacturers according to their own specifications and designs.
BoilerSparesDirect.com (Allied Plumbing & Heating Ltd.) cannot take responsibility for loss or inconvenience caused by design issues or manufacturing defects.
(4.2) Compatible / Copy Parts
Some parts are supplied as compatible or replacement (non-original) parts. These are not made by the boiler manufacturer. They are supplied as shown in product photos and may not include washers, gaskets, or installation instructions.
If you require an original manufacturer part, please email us for a quotation.
We accept no liability for work or costs incurred due to defective or incorrect goods supplied.
