Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 2 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

3. Processed Orders

Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may return the items according to our Return Policy once received.

4. Custom Orders

Special-order or customized items cannot be cancelled once production has begun. We will notify you before processing any custom orders.

5. Refund Timeline

Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 3-5 business days and returned to the original payment method.

6. Partial Cancellations

For orders with multiple items, partial cancellations may be possible if some items have not yet been processed. Contact our team for assistance.
